For our brave costumers!! Also known as Pancita (gut/stomach). It is a traditional Mexican soup made of Beef tripe and feet in a red chili pepper base. (Hominy might be added upon request). Served with fresh onion, crushed red pepper, oregano and limes. It’s perfect with our freshly made corn tortillas!
